Appraisals:
Upon request, SBJ will provide you with either a letter of value or a replacement insurance appraisal with your purchase of any fine jewelry or watches.

Insurance Replacement Services:
SBJ offers Insurance Replacement Services. A knowledgeable associate will work with you and your insurance company to help you replace jewelry which has been lost or destroyed. For more information about Insurance Replacement services, please contact us.

Gift Wrapping:
SBJ is pleased to provide complimentary gift wrapping with your purchases. Our gift-wrap is elegant and suitable for any occasion. If you are placing your order by telephone and would like us to include a personalized gift card with your order, please let your sales associate know. Your message will be handwritten. This service is complimentary.

Engraving:
Many of our items may be engraved with a personalized message, name or monogram for an additional charge. If you would like to have your purchase engraved, please let your sales associate know and s/he will inform you of the additional fee.

Gift Certificates:
SBJ gift certificates make a wonderful gift and are available in any denomination. Please contact one of our associates at (313) 562-8484 to purchase a gift certificate.

Pricing Policy:
At SBJ, our goal is to bring you the highest quality in fine jewelry, timepieces and giftware, together with excellent value. As a premier jeweler, SBJ has the buying power to offer very competitive prices on such items. We invite you to contact us so that one of our highly trained associates may assist you with your inquiry or purchase. Due to market fluctuations, we are unable to guarantee the price of some special orders and out of stock items. If the price of an item is different from the last advertised price, we will contact you for your approval before proceeding with the transaction.

Return Policy:
Most items purchased from SBJ may be returned in their original condition and packaging, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items may either be mailed back to SBJ or brought into our store. Your refund will be credited to your credit card. If your return is more than 30 days from your purchase date, a store credit will be issued.

Certain items, may not be returned:

• Personalized items (ie. initial rings, name bracelets, engraved or monogrammed items)
• Special Orders (items that must be ordered in a special size or items that we do not normally stock).
• Watches may only be returned if they are unworn and returned in their original packaging, with all original documentation enclosed.

Please insure your return package against loss in transit. SBJ cannot take responsibility for lost packaging/packages, or for receiving packages that are damaged while in transit.
